Lay a T-shirt flat.

Length: Measure from the top of the collar to the bottom hem.

Width: Measure across the chest, one inch below the armholes. This is garment width, not body circumference.

Compare with a T-shirt you already own that fits well. Actual garment dimensions may vary by up to ±1 inch.
